Required Eligibility Criteria For MPSC Exam:
  • Nationality: The candidate should be India Citizen.
  • Age Criteria: Min 19 years and Max 38 years (for general), 41 years for OBC and 45 years for SC/ST/NT.
  • Education qualification: A candidate should be graduated from a recognized university or final year student in college is also eligible for MPSC Exam.
  • Should have knowledge of Marathi, English and Hindi.
MPSC Exam Pattern and Syllabus for MPSC State Service Exam (Rajyaseva):

MPSC State Service exam is conducted in three rounds such as:

  1. Prelims
  2. Mains
  3. Interview

To join as govt. officers (class 1 or 2 officer), a candidate should have cleared all the above levels with the best score.

MPSC Prelims
  • It consists of objective type papers- paper 1 & paper 2 with a total of 180 questions.
  • This exam is just for screening tests. The score you got on this exam only consider for qualifying in mains exam.
  • There is negative marking for all wrong answers. If you do not attend question, then there will be no negative marking for it.
  • 1/3 of the marks will be deducted for the wrong answer.
